Arrests
– Randy Moorefield King, 50, of King, was arrested on Dec. 9 on a charge of felony warrant for arrest. Bond is $15,000 secured. King has a trial date of Jan. 9 in Dobson.
– Christopher Lamar Williams, 21, of 223 Lisa Lane, Lot 15, Mount Airy, was arrested on Dec. 11 on charges of misdemeanor failure to appear for resist, felony failure to appear for possession of stolen goods, misdemeanor failure to appear for injury to personal property and felony failure to appear for larceny. Bond is $5,000 secured.
– Robert Joseph Damiano, 31, of 1241 Stanford Church Road, Siloam, was arrested on Dec. 13 on charges of felony breaking and entering, misdemeanor larceny after breaking and entering and felony possession of stolen goods. Damiano was confined in the Surry County Detention Center under a $50,000 secured bond with a court date of Jan. 20.
– Earl Lynn Sneed, 41, of 9628 N.C. 268, Elkin, was arrested on Dec. 15 on charges of felony possession of a firearm by a felon and felony cruelty to animals. Sneed was confined in the Surry County Detention Center under a $175,000 bond. He will appear in court in Dobson on Jan. 21.
– William Eligha Houston Bowman, 16, of 132 Campground Lane, Pilot Mountain, was arrested on Dec. 15 on charges of eight counts of felony breaking or entering a vehicle, six counts misdemeanor larceny and two counts felony larceny. Bond was set at $2,500 secured. Bowman will appear in court in Dobson on Dec. 30.
– Cynthia Annette Sheets, 37, of 507 Annie Sophie Lane, Roaring River, was arrested on Dec. 16 on a charge of felony financial card fraud. Bond is $2,500 secured.

Incidents
– Motor vehicle theft and breaking and entering an automobile were reported on Dec. 11 at 768 McBride Road, Mount Airy, when subject stole $1,500 white Chevrolet Nova.
– Criminal damage to property was reported on Dec. 11 at 804 Smith Road, Mount Airy, when subject threw beer bottle through victims window, causing $100 damage.
– Breaking or entering of a business, larceny after breaking or entering, and criminal damage to property were reported on Dec. 11 at Benny Ts Place on Bray Ford Road, Dobson, when subject stole $500 cash; $10 money bag; $5,250 cigarette cartons; $1,250 hunting knife; $500 revolver; $400 tobacco or dip; and $15 beer and caused $500 damage to door; $1 damage to glass jar; $100 damage to fire safe; $2,500 damage to cash register; and $1,000 damage to office door.
– Breaking and entering a motor vehicle and larceny of medication were reported on Dec. 12 at 246 Crimson Leaf Lane, Mount Airy, when subject stole Morphine pills from vehicle.
– Breaking and entering and criminal damage to property were reported on Dec. 12 at Rons Used Cars on N.C. 268, Siloam, when subject threw a rock at window to gain entry, causing $150 damage.
– Breaking and entering of a business and criminal damage to property were reported on Dec. 12 at The Store on Siloam Road, Siloam, when subject broke into business, causing $100 damage to window.
– Breaking and entering, larceny and larceny of a firearm were reported on Dec. 12 at 2508 Wards Gap, Mount Airy, when subject caused $15 damage to door lock and stole $375 weed eaters, $100 hedge trimmer, $150 leaf blower, $150 chain saw, $250 pressure washer, $200 rifle, $40 gun belt with shotgun shells and $300 air compressor from residence.
– Breaking and entering, larceny and criminal damage to property were reported on Dec. 12 at 1435 Edgewood Drive, Mount Airy, when subject caused $100 damage to door seal and stole $100 PlayStation 2.
– Damage to property was reported on Dec. 12 at 298 Athey Simmons Road, Westfield, when subject keyed vehicle, causing $200 damage.
Larceny was reported on Dec. 13 at Interstate 77 Garage and Dale Snow Trucking on Dry Pond Lane, Dobson, when subject stole $600 radiator core and $150 tractor aluminum wheels.
