BB&T promotes Collins to assistant vice president

RALEIGH BB&T has promoted Jonathan Collins to assistant vice president. Collins, who joined the bank in 2004, is a sales management consultant in BB&T Universitys Sales and Service Training department.
The Mount Airy native earned his bachelors degree in theology and philosophy from Campbell University. He is the son of Ginger and David Collins and the grandson of Charlotte Collins and Opal Eades.
