WINSTON-SALEM Mrs. Ernestine Jarrell Hull, 92, of 1000 Salemtowne Dr., Winston-Salem, and formally of Mount Airy passed away Monday Jan. 12, 2009, at Salemtowne. Mrs. Hull was born March 30, 1916, in Surry County to the late Albert Franklin and Leake Tilley Jarrell, she was a textile worker, homemaker and was a member of Grace Moravian Church. Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law Barbara and Kenneth Stoker of Albemarle and Dot and Ken Busick of Greensboro, one son and daughter-in-law Phillip and Karol Hull of Williamsburg, Va., eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents Mrs. Hull was preceded in death by her husband Glennie Glenn Hull two sisters Gladys Martin and Mae King and by a brother Howard Jarrell. Funeral services will be held Wednesday Jan. 14, 2009, at 11 a.m. at the Grace Moravian Church with services conducted by the Rev. Tony Hayworth with burial to follow in Gods Acre. The family will receive friends following the service in the church parlor. Moody Funeral Services will be assisting the Hull Family.
