Tara Nicole Snow and Justin Gray Martin were married Oct. 10 at 4 p.m. at Fisher River Park, Dobson. Clyde Stewart performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Gary and Mary Snow of Mount Airy. Her grandparents are Mary Ella Hodges and the late Elmer Hodges and the late Austin and Mittie Snow. She graduated from North Surry High School in 2001 and Surry Community College in 2008 with a paralegal degree. She is employed at Belk of Mount Airy.
The bridegroom is the son of David and Gloria Martin of Mount Airy. His grandparents are Julie Shelton and the late James Shelton and the late Ocer Martin and Betty Martin Tolbert. He graduated from North Surry High School in 2002 and is employed by PCS Construction of Mount Airy.
Marena Scott, cousin of the bride, was the vocalist.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore an ivory Charmeuse V-neck halter with ruched surplice bodice and beaded embroidered dropped waist with godet chapel train adorned with beaded embroidered appliques. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of cream roses.
Amy Tagle, of Winston-Salem, was her sisters matron of honor. The bridesmaids were Elizabeth Martin of Mount Airy, sister-in-law of the bridegroom; Jessica Shelton of Cana, Va.; and Lindsay Parks of Mount Airy.
The junior bridesmaid was Destiny Martin of Mount Airy, niece of the bridegroom.
The attendants wore dresses in lapis and carried hand-tied bouquets of purple hydrangeas and green roses.
Sophia Tagle of Winston-Salem, niece of the bride, was the flower girl.
Kamron Martin of Mount Airy, nephew of the groom, and Gabriel Tagle of Winston-Salem, nephew of the bride, were the ring bearers.
David Martin served his son as best man. The groomsmen were Keith Martin, brother of the bridegroom; Robert Snow, brother of the bride; Anthony Bowman, cousin of the bridegroom; and Zachary Shelton, cousin of the bridegroom.
A reception followed at Fisher River Park with the brides family hosting the occasion.
The bridal couple spent their honeymoon in Gatlinburg, Tenn.
They reside at 160 Magnolia St., Lowgap.
