Bridgett Taylor and Kevin Payne wed at First Pentecostal Church

Bridgett Renee Taylor and Kevin Daniel Payne were united in marriage on May 23 in a 12 p.m. ceremony at Mount Airy First Pentecostal Church. Tommy Vass officiated the service.
The bride is the daughter of Johnny and Deborah Taylor of Lowgap and the granddaughter of Cheryl Taylor and the late Wade Taylor, Elizabeth Branson and the late Elbert Inman of Mount Airy. She graduated from North Surry High School in May 2006 and is employed with Surry County.
The bridegroom is the son of Laura Noah and the late Paul Noah of Mount Airy and the grandson of Barbara Niten of Virgina. He graduated from Mount Airy High School in 2002 and is employed with the city of Mount Airy.
Janice Crotts provided the music.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a spaghetti strap gown with beaded embroidery and a chapel train. Her flowers were a mixture of red, passion pink and white roses.
The maid of honor was Laken Ferguson of Mount Airy and the bridesmaid was Stacey Noah of Statesville. They wore red tea-length dresses with flowers indenticle to that carried by the bride.
The ring bearer was Paul Noah Jr.
The best man was Jonah Brannock of Mount Airy and the groomsman was Josh Brannock of Mount Airy.
The reception was held in the church fellowship hall following the wedding. Hosts were Deborah Taylor, Sandra Dixson and Tammy Penley.
The rehearsal was held May 22, at 6 p.m. and hosted by Deborah Taylor, Sandra Dixon and Tammy Penley.
The couple resides off Pine Ridge Road.
