Medera Fulk and Howard Davis wed

Medera Fulk, of Mount Airy, and Howard Flint Davis, of Lexington, exchanged vows at 2 p.m. on Dec. 21, 2013, at the Shining Light Baptist Church. The Rev. Elmo Hiatt officiated.

The bride-elect’s parents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl Marion.

The bride-elect was given in marriage by her son, David Fulk.

Lasha Fulk, granddaughter, of Mount Airy, was the bridesmaid.

The groom-elect’s parents are the late Mr. and Mrs. George E. Davis.

The best man was Michael M. Davis.

The groomsmen were Raymond Dawson, of Cana, Va., and Wade Hawks, of Mount Airy.

The wedding director was Jackie Hinson.

The guest register was overseen by Stephanie Fulk.

Music was provided by Dawn Crutchfield.

After the wedding, the reception was held in the church’s fellowship hall.
