Omega Construction has been recognized as the top winner of the 2016 Triad’s Best Places to Work, an awards program presented by the Triad Business Journal.
Omega Construction Inc. is a privately owned general contracting firm located in Pilot Mountain.
Employers from the Triad were named winners of the awards program, held on June 22. These winning organizations were honored “for having created exceptional workplaces that their employees value highly,” according to a statement released by the company.
Award applicants were evaluated and ranked across five categories according to the number of Triad employees. The ranking found companies in the region whose employees rate them as the highest on such values as fun, collaborative culture, solid compensation and benefits offerings and other amenities as well as management practices.
“It is an honor to be recognized as the best place to work in the Triad. We are blessed with some incredible people who love what they do and it shows,” said Beth Tilley Green, a spokesperson for Omega.
Best Places to Work is a publication and awards program produced by the Triad Business Journal. The rankings were determined by surveys that went directly to employees who answered a series of questions. The survey was administered online by the employers and through a service provided by Quantum Workplace.
