Wayne and Amanda Tate of Mount Airy announce the birth of a daughter, Maggie LeighAnn Tate, on July 17, at Northern Hospital of Surry County, weighing 7 pounds, 7.7 ounces.
Mrs. Tate is the former Amanda Slate.
Maggie’s grandparents are Opal Slate and the late Garry Slate and Dennis and Freida Tate.
