Mr. and Mrs. James Phillip Fore, 203 N. Bridgewater Road, Mount Airy, announce the birth of a daughter, Isabella Rae, on April 22 at Northern Hospital of Surry County, weighing 7 pounds, 8 ounces.
Mrs. Fore is the former Leslie Hooker. The grandparents are Harold and Angie Hooker and Donald and Linda Fore.
