CREED
MOUNT AIRY — Mr. Glenn Creed, 90, of Mount Airy, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Home. Mr. Creed was born in Surry County on April 26, 1922, son of the late John Roscoe Creed and Effie Dawson Creed. Mr. Creed was a retired farmer. Surviving are a brother, Ray Creed of Winston-Salem; and a friend, David Jarrell of Mount Airy. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, at Moody Funeral Home Chapel conducted by the Rev. Stewart Roten . Burial will follow in Skyline Memory Gardens.
