Scouts seek police monument in Pilot
PILOT MOUNTAIN – An effort is under way to erect a monument in memory of two Pilot Mountain police officers killed in 1969. Virginia man charged with multiple break-ins
Detectives from the Surry County Sheriff’s Office solved more than a dozen break-ins in the Flat Rock and Buck Shoals areas of the county and arrested an Ararat, Va., man on multiple charges.
