Second powderpuff game set

Lady Greyhounds will be breaking out the eye black and shoulder pads in preparation for the 2014 North Surry Powderpuff Football Game. This is the second year of the event at North and it is slated for Friday at 7 p.m. at Charles Atkins Stadium. Admission set at $5 per person with elementary students getting in free.The games are being organized by the North Surry Student Council. Junior Andrew Cave, vice president of the council and chairman of the powderpuff games, said he has been impressed with how the event continues to draw more community support.
