PILOT MOUNTAIN — East Surry’s tennis team is 1-1 after splitting its first two matches of the season.
The Cardinals opened the season against Alleghany and won 5-4.
In the second match Thursday, East Wilkes prevailed 8-1.
The Cards begin conference play next Thursday at Bishop McGuinness.
