Arrests
• Jerry William Butcher, 48, of 173 Fox Run Lane, was arrested on April 8. He was charged with misdemeanor assaulting and inflicting a serious injury. Bond is a written promise. Trial date is April 10.
• Adrian Tyler West, 17, of 126 Peacehaven Circle, was arrested on April 6. He was charged with felony conspiring to deliver a scheduled IV substance. Bond is $25,00 secured. Trial date is May 3.
• Johnny Franklin Holman, 44, of 748 Allred Mill Road, was arrested on April 8. He was charged with felony obtaining property by false pretense. Bond is $1,000 unsecured. Trial date is May 10.
• Michael Lee Flippin, 55, of 2640 Collinstown Road, Stuart, Va., was arrested on April 8. He was charged with obtaining property by false pretense. Trial date is May 10.
• Kenneth Anthony Pack, 21, of 111 Badget Avenue, was arrested on April 9. He was charged with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny and felony possession of stolen goods. Bond is $2,500 secured. Trial date is May 9.
• Christopher Gordon Taylor, 23, of 1007 South Main Street, was arrested on April 21. He was charged with felony selling and delivering a scheduled II controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and deliver a scheduled II controlled substance, and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling place for a controlled substance. Bond is $115,000 secured. Trial date is April 25.
• Desaray Deon Stollins, 31, of 532 Eighth Avenue, Maiden, was arrested on April 9. The suspect was charged with felony failure to appear for felony larceny, misdemeanor order for arrest regarding a probation violation, and felony order for arrest regarding a probation violation. Bond is $5,500 secured. Trial date is April 25.
Incidents
• Larceny of a mailbox and criminal damage to property at 206 McCarthur Road were reported on April 4. The suspect stole one metal mailbox valued at $20 and damaged one wooden mailbox post valued at $10.
• Larceny and criminal damage to property at 1929 Park Drive were reported on April 5. The suspect stole one 1995 red Honda 300 Fourtrax 4x4 four-wheeler valued at $2,500.
• Criminal damage to property at 999 Twin Oaks Road, Dobson, was reported on April 5. The suspect damaged one public/community structure valued at $300.
• Larceny at Jack’s Grocery, 3170 Westfield Road, was reported on April 5. The suspect stole $15 worth of gas by driving away without paying.
• Breaking and entering as well as criminal damage to property at 8011 West Pine Street, Lowgap, were reported on April 6. The suspect damaged one door frame valued at $200, one sofa valued at $400 and rocking chair upholstery valued at $100.
• Motor vehicle theft at 367 Old Lowgap Road was reported on April 7. The suspect stole one Kawasaki valued at $1,400 and one Polaris Sportsman 500 valued at $3,000.
