A fundraising effort is planned Thursday at a local restaurant to aid the Greater Mount Airy Area Habitat for Humanity.
It will involve customers of 13 Bones receiving a 10-percent discount on their meal receipts, according to Lynn Wilkes, executive director of Habitat for Humanity.
The offer will be good for either lunch or dinner.
However, receiving the discount will require a ticket, which can be obtained by contacting the Habitat office at 789-4663 or sending an email to info@mountairyhabitat.org.
Tickets then are to be presented to servers at 13 Bones for the 10-percent-off deal. The restaurant is located at 502 S. Andy Griffith Parkway.
