Mount Airy officials have released a Veterans Day schedule showing that city sanitation services will be affected by the holiday.
No yard waste collections will be conducted Monday. The next pickup of yard waste will occur on the next Monday, Nov. 19.
Another change involves the Monday industrial roll-off route. It will be moved to Tuesday due to the holiday.
Monday’s commercial garbage collections will occur under the regular schedule.
Municipal offices will be closed Monday in observance of Veterans Day.
