Mrs. Jessie Colleen Davis, 84 of Simpsonville, SC, formerly of Mount Airy passed away Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Capstone Health and Rehab Center. Mrs. Davis was born in Surry County on December 26, 1927 to the late Jesse Richard and Mamie Draughn Jones. She was a retired bookkeeper from York Oil Company and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Mrs. Davis was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed working in her church and singing in the choir. Mrs. Davis is survived by her husband, Morris Graham Davis of the home; sons and a daughter-in-law, Stuart and Joellen Davis of Winston Salem, Bradley Davis of Mount Airy and Anthony Davis of Greenville, SC; three grandchildren, Kevin Davis, Lisa Davis and Connor Davis; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Margie Waugh of Miami, FL. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Alex Martin with burial to follow at Skyline Memory Gardens.
