The Bridal Fair fashion show features wedding attire for the entire bridal party.
With the year leaping toward spring, bridal season has arrived. The Mount Airy Downtown Business Association is sponsoring the annual Bridal Fair on March 23 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Old North State Winery in downtown Mount Airy.
The free event will feature multiple vendors representing all wedding needs: wedding attire, venues for weddings and receptions, wedding planners, travel specialists, a photo booth, rentals, photographers, hair and makeup, catering, and more.
In addition, there will be a fashion show during the event featuring formal and wedding attire for the entire wedding party, a DJ playing music, and a chance to win door prizes.
Jennie Lowry, a representative for the Downtown Business Association, described the Bridal Fair as an “exciting event that gives participants one-on-one face-to-face meetings with vendors that you don’t always get at a larger bridal fair — those attending will have time to talk to each representative.”
Brides who attend will be able to plan their entire wedding in one day — a “one-stop-shop” with vendors representing all aspects of wedding planning.
The event also will provide inspiration with decorations, floral arrangements and tables featuring wedding decór.
Those who wish to attend the Bridal Fair are encouraged to register in advance by visiting the Downtown Business Association’s website at www.mountairydowntown.org (click on “Upcoming Events”). The Bridal Fair also has a Facebook page that can be reached by searching for “Mount Airy DBA Bridal Fair.”
Vendor spaces are filling up fast with limited spaces available, so anyone interested in participating in the Bridal Fair is encouraged to register as soon as possible. Email admin@mountairydowntown.org for more information about vendor registration.
