A couple and two of their five children were killed Friday morning in a crash at the 88-mile marker on Interstate 77 after the minivan they were driving southbound crossed the median and collided head-on with two other vehicles headed northbound.

The accident occurred around 9 a.m. The minivan had a New York license plate.
