During this time of celebration of our independence, our thoughts and prayers go out to the families of those men and women who gave their lives so that we could have this freedom.
It is my understanding that on government property, the crosses that once were standing to mark the graves of those fallen ones, have been removed and replaced by common stones.
If this is true, those who forced this action have disgraced those fallen soldiers who died in Christ Jesus, and humiliated the families of those soldiers.
If we lay a wreath on the grave of that soldier, and take away his cross, our actions don’t match what’s on our heart.
