Mr. and Mrs. John Alexander Kerley of Mount Airy announce the birth of a son, Corbin Alexander, on July 8 at Forsyth Medical Center, weighing 8 pounds, 2 ounces.
Mrs. Kerley is the former Candice Leigh Brannock. The grandparents are Marty and Donna Brannock of Mount Airy and Roger and Carole Kerley of Mount Airy. The great-grandparents are Ethel Brannock and the late Buck Brannock of Mount Airy, David Busick and the late Norma Busick of Mount Airy, Kenneth and Florrie Kerley of Taylorsville and Neil Summers Jr. and the late Willie Summers of Hiddenite. Honorary great-grandparents are Jimmy and Joanne Slate of Mount Airy.
Dalton Ray Tackett
Mr. and Mrs. Allen Tackett, Forkner Road, Mount Airy, announce the birth of a son, Dalton Ray, on July 9 at Forsyth Medical Center, weighing 8 pounds, 1 ounce.
Mrs. Tackett is the former Cindy Hawks. The grandparents are Paul and Janice Hawks and the late James and Ruby Tackett. The great-grandparents are Dewey and Ruth Reece. Dalton has two sisters, Cheyenne, 10, and Dakota Rose, 9; and one brother, Browdy, 3.
