Odell and Hazel Comer of Dobson celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Nov. 28, 2009, at Sagebrush Steakhouse in Mount Airy. They were married on Dec. 3, 1949. Hosting the occasion were their son, Rocky Comer; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and husband Mike Tutterow; and granddaughters, Alex and Courtney Tutterow.
