The latest addition to the Surry Arts Council’s Summer Arts Series, beach music band The Embers, will be performing at the Blackmon Amphitheatre on Saturday.

The Embers have been playing a mix of rhythm and blues, heart and soul for decades. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. at the Blackmon Amphitheatre (218 Rockford Street, Mount Airy). Tickets are $10 or free with the SAC Season Pass.
