MOUNT AIRY — Mr. Ronnie Lee Johnson, 63, of Mount Airy, passed away Monday, Dec. 24, 2012, at his home. He was born in Surry County on Dec. 7, 1949, to the late Zelma Johnson. Mr. Johnson was retired from USA Attachment. He is survived by his wife, Roberta Johnson of the home; four sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie Lee Johnson Jr. and Tammy, Jeffery Wayne Johnson and Tiffany, Chad Everette Johnson and Tennille, all of Mount Airy, and Joseph Caroll Johnson and Stormy of King; two stepsons, Bryan Anthony Musick of Mount Airy and Zachary Ember Tsaklis of New York; and 14 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wesley Flippin officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until time for the service at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy, and after the service at the home of Chad Johnson, 146 Town Lane, Mount Airy.
