PINNACLE — Mrs. Leota Davis Huntley, 76, of Pinnacle, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, at her residence. She was born on Dec. 21, 1935, in Logan County, W.Va., to the late Hobert and Pearl Rogers. Mrs. Huntley was retired from Hyatt Regency and a member of Assembly of God in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mrs. Huntley is survived by her loving husband, James D. Huntley of the home; son, Brian Davis of Pilot Mountain; four daughters, Leota Jane Azman of Raleigh, Deborah Jean (Robert) Griffin of Pilot Mountain, Brenda June Davis of Raleigh and Angela Denise Howard of Pinnacle; sons, Ryan (Anne) Moore and Christian Moore, both of Asheville; nephew, Hobert Rogers of Dayton, Ky.; and special brother-in-law, Dennis Huntley of Pinnacle. Mrs. Huntley was preceded in death by her parents; and two sons, Howard Billy Davis and Kenneth Joe Davis. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at 3 p.m. at Cox-Needham Funeral Home with the Rev. Ricky Spencer officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. prior to the service.
